By accessing the website or placing an order, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms together with the privacy, cookies, shipping, returns and refunds policies published on the website.
Where the buyer acts as a consumer, these terms apply without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted by consumer protection law.
Where the buyer acts in the course of a business or professional activity, they will be considered a professional or B2B customer and any specific commercial conditions agreed between the parties will also apply.
3. Requirements for purchasing
To make a purchase, the customer must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
Provide a valid billing and delivery address within the areas served.
Use a payment method that they own or are authorised to use.
Anyone placing an order on behalf of a company confirms that they are authorised to represent and bind that company contractually.
Power Natural Life may refuse or cancel orders where there are reasonable indications of fraud, identity theft, unauthorised use of payment methods or breach of these terms.
4. Territorial scope
The online store is intended mainly for sales to Spain and other European Union countries.
Product availability, carriers, payment methods, costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country or destination address.
Certain products may be subject to restrictions on transport, storage, marketing or use. Power Natural Life may prevent their purchase or shipment to destinations where applicable legal or logistical requirements cannot be met.
5. Products sold
Power Natural Life sells raw materials and products intended, depending on their characteristics and specifications, for sectors including:
Human food.
Animal feed.
Agriculture.
Agrochemicals.
Chemical industry.
Nutraceuticals.
Algae and derived products.
Manufacture and formulation of other products.
A product's classification within a commercial category does not mean that it is suitable for every specific application and does not replace the technical, legal or professional assessment that the customer is responsible for carrying out.
Images, colours, formats and product representations are for illustrative purposes. Minor differences may exist between the image shown and the product received without affecting its essential characteristics.
6. Technical information and customer responsibility
Technical data sheets, Safety Data Sheets, certificates, specifications, descriptions and other information provided by Power Natural Life are technical or informative in nature and must be interpreted according to the relevant product, batch, quality, grade and application.
The customer is responsible for:
Checking that the product is suitable for the intended use.
Verifying compatibility with other ingredients, materials or processes.
Determining appropriate doses, proportions and methods of incorporation.
Observing the applicable storage, preservation, handling and transport conditions.
Complying with applicable legal, technical, health, environmental and labelling obligations.
Having the necessary knowledge, resources, authorisations and protective equipment.
Carrying out the relevant tests and quality controls before using or marketing the final product.
Checking that the product may legally be used in the destination country and sector.
General recommendations provided by Power Natural Life do not constitute personalised advice and do not guarantee that a product is suitable for a particular formulation, process or purpose.
Where a product is intended for technical, professional or industrial use, it must be handled exclusively by suitably knowledgeable persons and in accordance with the corresponding safety documentation.
These obligations do not limit Power Natural Life's legal liability for defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.
7. Product availability
All orders are subject to availability.
The inclusion of a product on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available at all times. Inventory errors, stock shortages, supplier delays or technical incidents may occur.
If a product cannot be supplied after an order has been received, Power Natural Life will inform the customer and may:
Offer an alternative product, which the customer may accept or reject.
Modify the quantity supplied with the customer's authorisation.
Cancel the affected product and refund the amount paid.
Product unavailability does not entitle the customer to additional compensation unless required by law.
8. Purchasing process
To place an order, the customer must select the products, add them to the basket, provide the requested details, choose the delivery and payment methods and confirm the purchase.
Before completing the order, the customer can review the selected products, quantities, prices, charges and delivery details and correct any errors.
Placing an order entails an obligation to pay.
After completing the process, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation containing the basic purchase information. This communication confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily imply final acceptance where payment, stock, transport conditions or the validity of the information provided still need to be checked.
The contract will be considered accepted when Power Natural Life confirms the order or begins preparing it.
The contract may be concluded in Spanish and, where available, in other languages displayed in the store.
9. Order corrections and cancellations
The customer must carefully review the order details before confirming the purchase.
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:
ecommerce@powernaturallife.com
An order may be cancelled or changed while preparation has not yet begun.
Once preparation, packaging, customisation or dispatch has begun, it cannot be guaranteed that the order can be changed or cancelled. In such cases, where the buyer is a consumer, the right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy and any legally applicable exceptions.
Power Natural Life may cancel an order before shipment where:
Payment has not been received or confirmed.
The product is unavailable.
There is an obvious error in the price or description.
Transport cannot be carried out safely or legally.
The information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
There are reasonable indications of fraud or misuse.
The order breaches applicable legal or technical restrictions.
If an order that has already been paid is cancelled, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
10. Prices and taxes
The prices applicable will be those shown in the store when the order is confirmed.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices aimed at consumers include legally applicable taxes. Shipping charges and any additional costs will be shown before checkout is completed.
For B2B, intra-Community or other transactions subject to special tax treatment, VAT will be handled according to the tax information provided and applicable legislation.
The customer is responsible for providing correct tax information and, where applicable, a valid tax identification number for intra-Community transactions.
Power Natural Life may change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except in the case of an obvious error.
11. Errors in prices or information
Although measures are taken to keep information up to date, typographical, technical or update errors may occur in relation to prices, availability, composition, format, weight or characteristics.
Where an error is obvious and reasonably recognisable, Power Natural Life may correct it and cancel the order before shipment.
In such cases, the customer will be informed and offered the option to confirm the purchase using the correct information or receive a refund of the amounts paid.
12. Payment methods
Orders may be paid for using:
Bank card.
Bank transfer.
Other payment methods enabled through Shopify checkout.
The available methods may vary depending on the country, amount, customer type or order characteristics.
Card payments and other electronic payment methods may be processed by external providers. Power Natural Life does not directly store full bank card details.
The customer guarantees that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
13. Payment by bank transfer
Where bank transfer is selected, the order will not be considered paid until Power Natural Life has received and correctly identified the payment.
The customer must include the order number or other reference provided in the payment reference.
Any bank charges associated with the transfer will be borne by the customer.
Goods will not be reserved indefinitely while payment is pending. If the transfer is not received within the period indicated during checkout or in the payment instructions, Power Natural Life may cancel the order.
Preparation and delivery times will begin once the payment has been confirmed.
14. Invoicing
The customer must provide correct tax details before the invoice is issued.
Invoices may be sent electronically to the email address provided during the purchase or made available to the customer digitally.
Any subsequent amendment to an invoice will be subject to tax legislation and to whether such correction is legally permitted.
15. Preparation, delivery and transport
Preparation and delivery times shown in the store are estimates unless a binding date is expressly stated.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, quantity, availability, destination, carrier, payment method and any applicable restrictions.
The customer must provide a complete, accessible and correct address. Power Natural Life will not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Absence of the recipient.
Failure to respond to carrier communications.
Unjustified refusal of the parcel.
Unreported access or unloading restrictions.
Circumstances beyond Power Natural Life's reasonable control.
The customer must inform us before placing the order if delivery requires special equipment, an appointment, a tail lift, restricted access or other particular conditions.
16. Receipt and inspection of the order
The customer should inspect the external condition of the shipment at the time of delivery.
Where impacts, breakage, moisture, loss of contents or any other visible damage are apparent, we recommend noting this on the carrier's delivery receipt and taking photographs before opening the package.
The customer should report any issue to ecommerce@powernaturallife.com as soon as possible, quoting the order number and providing photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
For transactions between businesses or professionals, the buyer must inspect the goods diligently and report any issues within the applicable commercial or legal period.
17. Transfer of risk
For sales to consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when they, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, physically receive the products.
If the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by Power Natural Life, risk may pass when the goods are handed over to that carrier, in accordance with applicable law.
For B2B sales, transfer of risk will be determined by the commercial, logistical or transport conditions agreed for the order.
18. Returns, withdrawal and refunds
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to legally established exceptions.
The applicable conditions, exclusions, procedure, costs and time limits are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy published on the website.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to purchases made by companies, self-employed professionals or other professionals in the course of their business or professional activity.
19. Opened or unsealed products
For health, hygiene, safety, traceability and preservation reasons, certain products cannot be returned after they have been opened, used, handled or unsealed where a legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies.
This limitation does not affect the customer's rights where the product is defective, incorrect or does not conform to the contract.
20. Conformity and guarantees
Power Natural Life is responsible to consumers for any lack of conformity of products under the conditions and for the periods established by applicable law.
A product will be considered conforming where, among other things:
It corresponds to the description and characteristics offered.
It is suitable for the ordinary uses of products of the same type.
It has the quality and performance that can reasonably be expected.
It is delivered in the quantity, format and conditions agreed.
The guarantee does not cover damage or alterations resulting from:
Use contrary to the instructions or technical documentation.
Incorrect dosage, formulation or application.
Incompatible mixing with other substances or materials.
Incorrect storage or preservation.
Exposure to moisture, heat, contamination or non-recommended conditions.
Handling by unqualified personnel.
Use for an unsuitable or unauthorised purpose.
Failure by the customer to comply with applicable law.
These exclusions do not apply where the issue is attributable to a lack of conformity that existed at the legally relevant time.
In B2B relationships, the guarantees and liabilities set out in commercial law, the contract or the specific conditions agreed will apply.
21. Batches, samples and technical variations
Raw materials may show normal batch-to-batch variations in aspects such as colour, particle size, density, moisture, aroma, viscosity or other characteristics, provided they remain within the corresponding specifications.
Samples, analyses or documentation for a particular batch do not guarantee that all future batches will be identical unless agreed in writing.
Where a specific specification is essential to the customer's process, the customer must communicate this before placing the order and request the corresponding documentation or confirmation.
22. Weights, quantities and formats
Weights, volumes and quantities will be expressed in accordance with the product information and any legally or technically accepted tolerances.
The weight of the container, packaging or protective materials is not included in the net weight of the product unless stated otherwise.
Power Natural Life may update the design or format of the packaging without changing the essential characteristics of the product.
23. Resale and transformation
Customers who resell, split, repackage, transform or incorporate products into other products are responsible for:
Complying with the legislation applicable to their activity and market.
Maintaining traceability.
Preparing the corresponding labelling and documentation.
Obtaining the necessary authorisations and registrations.
Carrying out the required safety and quality controls.
Not attributing unauthorised statements, guarantees or properties to Power Natural Life.
Not using Power Natural Life trademarks, photographs or documentation in a way that may be misleading.
Purchasing a product does not grant exclusive distribution rights or authorisation to use Power Natural Life trademarks, designs or content.

Power Natural Life may suspend access or cancel orders related to prohibited uses.
25. Intellectual and industrial property
Website content, including text, photographs, images, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, files, databases, code and structure, belongs to Power Natural Life or is used with the corresponding authorisation.
Its reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication, extraction or exploitation without prior written authorisation is prohibited except where permitted by law.
Access to the website does not grant the user any rights over such content.
26. Third-party links and services
The website may contain links, applications or services provided by third parties, including payment, transport, analytics or Shopify integration systems.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.
27. Website availability
Power Natural Life aims to keep the website available and up to date but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents or circumstances beyond the company's control.
Power Natural Life may change the structure, content, functionality or catalogue without prior notice, provided this does not affect rights acquired through orders already accepted.
28. Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by applicable law, Power Natural Life will not be liable for damage resulting from:
Uses of the product other than those indicated or reasonably foreseeable.
Formulations, transformations or combinations carried out by the customer.
Failure to follow technical or safety instructions.
Incorrect subsequent storage, transport or handling.
Decisions made solely on the basis of general information on the website.
Interruptions or failures of third-party technology services.
Unavoidable circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer rights, liability for defective products or liability for damage caused by wilful misconduct or fault where legally applicable.
29. Force majeure
Power Natural Life will not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fires, floods, conflicts, strikes, epidemics, administrative restrictions, power outages, widespread communications failures, transport interruptions or serious supply problems.
Where possible, the customer will be informed and reasonable measures will be taken to reduce the effects of the incident.

33. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and applicable European Union law.
In relations with consumers, this provision does not deprive the customer of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of the European Union country in which they habitually reside.
These terms do not constitute a waiver of any jurisdiction or rights legally available to consumers and users.
34. Changes to the terms
Power Natural Life may update these Terms of Service to reflect legal, technical, commercial or operational changes.
The version applicable to each order is the version published and accepted when the purchase was made.
The date of the most recent update will appear at the beginning of the document.
35. Severability
If any clause is declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as severed from the remainder only to the extent necessary.
All other provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
36. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the product information, confirmed order and policies published on the website, constitute the conditions applicable to the purchase unless specific conditions have been agreed in writing.
In the event of a conflict, specific conditions expressly accepted for an order prevail over the general conditions to the extent compatible with mandatory law.
