Isolated Soy Protein

Isolated soy protein is used as a vegetable ingredient in different food applications, nutraceutical formulations, and preparations for animal feed.

• Incorporation into meat products, sausages, cooked ham, and other formulations processed at low or high temperatures.
• Use in surimi, fish or meat balls, and preparations where gelling and emulsifying properties are required.
• Incorporation into mixtures and formulations where soy protein isolate with a minimum protein content of 90% is required.
• Formulation of nutraceutical preparations and products for animal feed.

The amount used must be adapted to the formulation and the regulatory requirements of the final product.
