Highly Functional Sugar Beet Fiber

Raw material for B2B use, especially suitable for formulations that require a light-colored beet fiber with a technological function on the structure and aqueous phase.

• Meat products and vegetable analogues, such as burgers, sausages, and fillings, in formulations that require structure, cohesion, and water management.
• Sauces, creams, soups, and dressings, as a functional ingredient in systems where viscosity and physical stability are desired.
• Emulsions, moist fillings, and refrigerated preparations, in formulations aimed at controlling phase separation and syneresis.
• Baking and doughs, including gluten-free formulations, when water management and structure are required with low impact on the final color.
• Desserts and frozen preparations, in applications where texture and the behavior of the aqueous phase are part of the formulation.

Its cream or light beige color allows it to be prioritized over conventional fiber in products where a reddish coloration would be visually undesirable.
