Conventional Sugar Beet Fibre

Raw material for B2B use, intended for formulations where the characteristic reddish hue of beet fiber is acceptable and a light-colored ingredient is not required.

• Dark or reddish burgers, meat preparations, and vegetable analogs, to provide fiber and textural support.
• Tomato sauces, seasoned fillings, and other intensely colored preparations, where its hue has less visual impact.
• Whole grain breads, crackers, baked snacks, and bars, especially in formulations with cocoa, whole grains, or other dark-colored ingredients.
• Formulations for animal feed, as a fibrous raw material of plant origin.
• Pigmented food or nutraceutical preparations, when the reddish color of the raw material is compatible with the intended appearance of the final product.

Compared to the highly functional light-colored version, it is prioritized when the reddish coloration does not affect the formulation or the final appearance.
